• We ship our pets temperature controlled, pressured controlled. We can reserve a space up to two weeks in advance. We research flight times and temperatures to find the shortest, most comfortable flight for your new puppy. From time to time we do ship puppies but the weather has to be just right. We will send you a confirmation email or text concerning the flight. WE ALSO INSURE YOUR PET FOR THE FLIGHT. We do safely ship worldwide.
• We consider shipping and home delivery as an option and make transportation arrangement. This is because we mostly find suitable homes for our puppies, but they may not be within driving distances. We can imagine what question you are asking: "Fly a puppy! Is it safe? This question is often asked. We certainly would not consider it if it was not right or harmful to the puppy. Through our many years of transport experience, we ensure that all puppies are in good hands. So, if you pause and think about it, the delivery company will not mistreat the puppy for fear of litigation and customer dissatisfaction. If we book a flight for a puppy, this is only possible with safe and licensed airlines."The puppy shares the same air as the pilot who flies the plane.
• For NO additional fee, we have your puppy spayed or neutered before leaving here. Understandably, this could cause a delay in shipment until the veterinarian releases and approves the puppy for shipping. All our puppies must be vet checked before going on a plane and we also plead you to have your puppy vet checked as soon as you pick up your puppy. You should do this even before bringing them home, especially if you have another dog. All medical records, microchip information, and registration paper will accompany your puppy along with a small bag of their regular food.
• Our puppies have always arrived safely and happily in their new homes. So in conclusion, "It is preferable and more convenient to fly a puppy on a 4-6 hour comfortable flight than to ride that puppy for 4 hours or more.

We are proud that our relationship with you does not end when you take a puppy home from us. As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy consultant, and die-hard puppy lover, we want to believe that nothing can go wrong with our puppies. But certain things are never under our control AFTER WE HAVE DELIVERED your puppy/puppies. The health of a puppy depends on many factors, such as genetics, exercises, nutrition, and general care. If something goes wrong, we will always seek help, even if our warranty does not cover it and we will do our best to make sure that your new family member is healthy!.

This service can be booked to allow the puppy to be delivered to any location. Upon request, we will deliver the puppy personally to your home.

We do not believe that your puppy is interchangeable, but we think that the pain can sometimes be relieved in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of a puppy's genetic death within two years after birth, or if the puppy has congenital or inherited disorders (within two years) that are detrimental to your puppy's health, we will replace the pet with another of equal value free for you. If this puppy would need to be returned to us, you the buyer will need a statement with the appropiate diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian that certify the cause of death. Lab Tests and EX-RAYS will need to be sent with the return of this puppy.
